Smoke on the Water Chili Cook-off

The chili cook-off helps kick-off FestivALL,
a weeklong celebration of the arts and culture
throughout downtown Charleston. Chili samples
are 2 for $1, and there will be other food vendors,
drinks and fun for the whole family.
All proceeds will go to benefit HospiceCare.
