HospiceCare is governed by a Board of Directors that meets six times annually. Additionally, the Quality Committee, the Financial Committee and Communications & Development Committees also meet every other month. The Ethics Committee meets twice yearly, with Executive Committee and Nominating Committee meetings occurring as needed. The Board receives financial statements six times a year at each board meeting.
The HospiceCare Board is made up of community members in our service regions who are dedicated to supporting the HospiceCare mission and volunteer their time to advance HospiceCare’s goals.
