HospiceCare provides medical, social and spiritual care for those whose lives are affected by illness — specifically patients and their families. Care is provided at the patient’s home, in a participating long-term care or assisted living facility or at one of our own in-patient homes. At HospiceCare, we proudly offer three service lines to that help ease suffering and improve the quality of life for those in our care. These services are hospice care, palliative care and bereavement care.
