We understand that coping with a serious or terminal illness is a very difficult experience, not only for the patient, but for everyone involved. Our bereavement services provide support for all members of your family throughout the care admission and for at least twelve months after the death of a loved one.

Grief is a normal process and unique to each individual. It can cause stress, depression, and even physical pain. HospiceCare understands and can offer much needed support, empathy and hope. Support can come in many forms; from a phone conversation, group meeting, or individual counseling. Our Grief Care Team is available to offer a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold or resource assistance in next steps.

HospiceCare is pleased to offer expanded grief and loss support services to our community though The Wallace Grief Support & Education Center. Here, grieving people can freely express themselves in a safe and supportive environment on their journey of healing.
