Position Summary:
- Dietitian Per Diem provides dietary and nutritional services to HospiceCare patients and families based on assessed needs and the established plan of care.
- This role serves as a primary food and nutrition resource for the Dietary Department, supporting patient comfort, quality of life, and individualized goals of care.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nutrition required.
- Minimum of two years of related professional experience required.
- Current, valid WV Registered Dietitian license required.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Work is primarily performed in a typical indoor clinical environment.
- Sufficient visual acuity and hearing.
- Capable of managing stress, multitasking, and emotional situations while maintaining professional and compassionate demeanor.
