CHARLESTON, W.Va. – HospiceCare, West Virginia’s largest and oldest provider of hospice, palliative and bereavement services, announced today the launch of a new website that reflects the recent branding update and makes improvements to navigation for a positive user experience.

The new website, completed in partnership with Appnet and the Charleston-based agency Auge+Gray+Drake, increases useability with improved navigation, brilliant imagery and clear, organized content. The website also offers users many opportunities to interact directly through the website, including making donations, getting directions to offices and in-patient units, and making a referral.

“Our goal is to make every interaction with HospiceCare as warm and pleasant as possible, and in today’s technology-driven world, that means online, as well,” said HospiceCare CEO Christopher Rawlings. “We are really proud of the new website and know that it will be a useful tool for the families that we serve.”

The new website features updated branding as well as new images that bring life to HospiceCare’s four in-patient facilities. The website also highlights the diversity of the services offered, including hospice services, palliative care, and bereavement and spiritual care. Announcements of fundraisers and ways to get involved also feature prominently on the updated homepage.

The public is invited to visit the new website at hospicecarewv.org to experience the upgrades first-hand. Those wanting to make an online donation can rest assured that all donation data is encrypted and safe, and acknowledgement of a tax deductible gift will be provided.
