Justyn Cox joined the HospiceCare team in 2025, bringing experience in post-acute care, project management, strategy, and healthcare regulation. Prior to joining HospiceCare, Justyn served as the Executive Director of the West Virginia Health Care Authority, an appointed position by Governor Jim Justice. Having also held positions with Stonerise Healthcare and West Virginia Senior Advantage, Justyn brings knowledge in population health and Medicare operations.

Justyn is a New River Gorge native residing in Cabell County with his wife, Kelsey. He is a graduate of Marshall University Lewis College of Business with bachelor’s degrees in business management and healthcare management.
